FTP
The following fields are available on the FTP tab:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Host Name | Hostname or IP address for the FTP server. |
Port | Port that is used for the connection to the server. Default for FTP and FTPS is 21, and for SFTP 22. |
Remote Path | Path on the FTP server where the files should be written to. |
Use SSL (FTPS) | Option to use encryption using SSL/TLS. |
Use SSH (SFTP) | Option to use encryption using SSH. |
Passive Mode | Option to use passive mode. The default option is true. |
Keep Alive | Option to send keep alive request to the FTP server when sending files. |
User Name | The username for the FTP connection |
Password | The password for the FTP connection |

Currently only username/password authentication is supported for FTP connections.
FTP connections are executed with the help of the ConnectIT API. If the FTP server is only accessible within the local network, a self-hosted version of the ConnectIT API is required.
