DISCLAIMER: Please disable debug-level logging after troubleshooting issues to avoid unnecessary database size. ShipIT 365 will not clean this log automatically.

ShipIT 365 can log JSON requests and responses from API calls to nShift Transsmart.


To enable this level of logging, open the 'ShipIT 365 Setup Card'.
In the 'Logging' group, set 'Enable Debug Mode' to true.

To view the log, book a Transport Order and navigate to 'Administration -> Log' from the ShipIT Manager role center. Or Search for Transport Order Log.
