Automatically creating Transport Orders

If you want automatically create Transport Orders you can set this option on the ShipIT Setup Card.

Make sure to set Base Transport Order On is set to Posted Documents.

Next, set what to do for each relevant source document, based on the automation level of you process.

This can be:

  1. Do nothing

  2. Auto-Create Transport Order(s)

  3. Create and Book Transport Order(s)

  4. Create + Book and Print Transport Order(s)

Now, when setting (2-4) are used, after posting a source document, a Transport Order will be created automatically and even booked or label will be printed.

 

For the providers Easypost and Sendcloud this function only works when the providers setup for Automatically Select Applicable Ship. Method is enabled

With Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS and MultiSoft MobileNAV the setting must always be on Unposted Documents, the automation of the flow with ShipIT is set in the setup of both Mobile solutions.
