Automatically creating Transport orders

If you want automation for the creation of the transport order you can set the option in the ShipIT Setup Card . Make sure to set Base Transport Order On to Posted Documents.


Next, for each document type, set the After Posting... to Auto-Create Transport Order(s). Now, when posting a source document, a Transport Order will be created automatically.

 

For the providers Easypost and Sendcloud this function only works when the providers setup for Automatically Select Applicable Ship. Method is enabled
