Direct Banking
Permission sets
When Direct Banking is installed, depending on the provider and the localization the listed permission set should be added to non-SUPER users that directly or indirectly use Direct Banking:
Provider | Localization | Permission Set |
|---|---|---|
Ponto | W1 / None | BCB Direct Banking |
Ponto | NL | BCB DBanking NL |
Ponto | BE | BCB DBanking BE |
Cobase | W1 / None | BCB Cobase Banking |
Cobase | NL | BCB Cobase NL DB |
Cobase | BE | BCB Cobase BE DB |
For BC17 and below the permission sets cannot be embedded, so all individual applicable permission sets must be assigned.
Basically, all the permission sets listed below should be assigned to the users that directly or indirectly use Direct Banking when they exist in your installation:
Permission Set | Targeted provider | Targeted localization |
|---|---|---|
DIRECT BANKING | Ponto | W1 / None |
DIRECT BANKING NL | Ponto | NL |
DIRECT BANKING BE | Ponto | BE |
DIRECT BANKING COBASE | Cobase | W1 / None |
Cobase Bank Connector NL | Cobase | NL |
Cobase Bank Connector BE | Cobase | BE |
When you have a Cobase environment with 1 Cobase entity for multiple bc companies the setup requires the use of the Direct banking Staging table. Mostly this is handled by the jobqueue. This requires additional permissions when importing and reconciliation of statement lines in other companies.
Permission Set | Targeted provider | Targeted localization |
|---|---|---|
BCB COBASE S.ENTITY | Cobase | W1 / NL |
BCB COBASE BANKING | Cobase | W1/ NL |
