FTP

The following fields are available on the FTP tab:

Host Name

Hostname or IP address for the FTP server.

Port

Port that is used for the connection to the server. Default for FTP and FTPS is 21, and for SFTP 22.

Remote Path

Path on the FTP server where the files should be written to.

Use SSL (FTPS)

Option to use encryption using SSL/TLS.

Use SSH (SFTP)

Option to use encryption using SSH.

Passive Mode

Option to use passive mode. The default option is true.

Keep Alive

Option to send keep alive request to the FTP server when sending files.

User Name

The username for the FTP connection

Password

The password for the FTP connection

 

Currently only username/password authentication is supported for FTP connections.

FTP connections are executed with the help of the ConnectIT API. If the FTP server is only accessible within the local network, a self-hosted version of the ConnectIT API is required.
