After creation of the venue you can start to put a schedule together for the creation of the slots.
You can setup following information.
Schedule field | Description |
|---|---|
Period Type | Defines the opening days or period of the venue |
Unavailable | You can set if a specific day is not available for the event |
Opening Time | Opening time of the Event |
Frequency | If in need of a timeslot you can define the number of needed timeslots. when creating the days the timeslot of that specific day will be created |
Closing Time | Closing time of the Event |
Base Calendar | Use a base calendar to exclude non-opening days of the event location |
Example :
The museum is always closed on monday. All other weekdays the opening hours from October until March are from 11:00 until 17:00. Time slots are not defined.
A possible way to setup:
After setup we release the venue and create the slots by clicking on actions and define the period. In this case 01 October until 31Th of March.
When you execute the period you can open the slot to see all specific day creations.
