Venue

When you want to create a venue you need to define the basics like location and schedule of the venue.

The simplest form is to create the venue header and specify the opening hour and the closing hour and the frequency
When you are ready with creation of the venue you can release the Venue. If the setting of the creation of slots is enabled you can see the related slots in the Slots page.
Otherwise you first have to create the slots via Actions Functions and create Slots.

If capacity is required you can link the resource. In the resource you can set the capacity of the resource per timeslot.

Hit the action button and create the needed slots: the begin and ending date must be specified, when ready click OK.

In the background the slots are created based on the basic information from the Venue. you can see the slot created when you select functions and slots
