Transport Order Logging
It is possible set logging on Transport Orders, request - and response messages will be captured when available.
In ShipIT Setup on tab Logging:
Enable Debug Mode = YES
Logging Level
Information (highest level, captures all steps/messages)
Warning
Error (lowest level, only captures error messages)
On Sandbox during testing and on Production during Go-Live it is advised to set Logging Level on highest level, Information.
When a provider error occurs then you can submit the request - and response message to the provider customer support service to check.
Other errors can be submitted to Idyn.
