Transport Order Logging

It is possible set logging on Transport Orders, request - and response messages will be captured when available.

In ShipIT Setup on tab Logging:

  • Enable Debug Mode = YES

  • Logging Level

    • Information (highest level, captures all steps/messages)

    • Warning

    • Error (lowest level, only captures error messages)

On Sandbox during testing and on Production during Go-Live it is advised to set Logging Level on highest level, Information.

When a provider error occurs then you can submit the request - and response message to the provider customer support service to check.

Other errors can be submitted to Idyn.

The logging can be found via ShipIT Manager rolecenter>Administration>Log or search for Transport Order Log.Please disable debug-level logging after troubleshooting issues to avoid unnecessary database size. ShipIT 365 will not clean this log automatically.
