Added configuration options to use variable values from source documents in the email subject and body (e.g. document number, recipient name) for more personalized email content. |
Added action to resend the DocuSign envelope after it already has been sent. This can be helpful in situations where the DocuSign link is not available anymore for the recipient (e.g. link is expired), but we don’t want to send a new envelope to DocuSign causing the sent envelope counter to increase. |
When viewing DocuSign history for a source document, the complete history will be visible instead of only the history for the current envelope. This will also show history log entries for previous envelopes if this was previously voided. |
A dedicated role center is added to ApproveIT 365 for insights into document statuses. |
Factboxes have been added to the Customer and Vendor for insights into documents handled with ApproveIT 365 for that customer/vendor. |

Fixed an issue where the default user in the ApproveIT User Setup was ignored and the API requests resulted in an error on the current user when no User Setup record was found for the current user. |
Fixed an issue where the default user was always updated when a new account was linked, resulting in a situation without a default user. |
When the authentication process was cancelled, an empty ApproveIT User Setup record was visible for the current user. On cancel or error the empty record is now deleted. |
