Fixed an issue when using sales quotes numbers containing non numeric characters.
Use contact name in recipient dialog as recipient name if a contact is used on the sales document. Use customer name as fallback.

The following issues have been resolved:
Fixed an issue where the default user in the ApproveIT User Setup was ignored and the API requests resulted in an error on the current user when no User Setup record was found for the current user.
Fixed an issue where the default user was always updated when a new account was linked, resulting in a situation without a default user.
When the authentication process was cancelled, an empty ApproveIT User Setup record was visible for the current user. On cancel or error the empty record is now deleted.
