If you are running the cloud/online version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can find and install the ApproveIT 365 app in Microsoft AppSource.

The ApproveIT extension automatically installs the idyn App management extension.
This extension will monitor the usage and license of the Idyn App integrations.

To update installed apps, please use the Business Central Admin Center to manage your apps. Follow the steps in the following Microsoft article to view and manage apps in your tenant/environment: Managing Apps - Business Central
