If you are running the cloud/online version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can find and install the Dino app in Microsoft AppSource.

!The Dino extension automatically installs the idyn App management extension and the idyn PayPal extension.
This extensions will monitor the usage and license of the Idyn integrations and the payment process for the use of the Dino App
