ApproveIT setup

The ApproveIT Setup card contains the general setup options for ApproveIT 365.

It is adviced to use the ApproveIT Wizard for the initial configuration of the ApproveIT 365 extension.

 

The following fields are available on the General tab:

Environment Type

Specifies the DocuSign environment type used. The following values are available:
Acceptance
Production

Account Id

Specifies the API Account ID used for the DocuSign API integration to send documents to recipients.

License Key

Specifies the license key used for ApproveIT 365.

Status

Specifies the status for the license key. This should display Valid to use the ApproveIT 365 extension.

The Flow tab contains default settings that determine the behaviour of ApproveIT 365 and a default report anchor options to place a signature box on the document in DocuSign.
Additional anchor options are available in the Report Anchors and DocuSign Tab Sets.

Allow Restart

This option will allow restarting the ApproveIT flow, regardless of the current DocuSign envelope status.

Release Signed Documents Only

This option will prevent releasing documents when the ApproveIT flow is not completed.

Automatically Release Signed Documents

This option will automatically release the document when the ApproveIT flow is completed.

Automatically Convert Quote to Order

This option will automatically convert a sales quote to sales order when the ApproveIT flow is completed.

Default Anchor String

Specifies the default anchor string to place the signature box in the DocuSign portal on the document.

Default Anchor Unit

Specifies the default unit used for the position of the signature box on the document. The following values are available:
pixels
inches
mms
cms

Default Anchor X Offset

Specifies the horizontal offset from the achor string to place the signature box on the document.

Default Anchor Y Offset

Specifies the vertical offset from the anchor string to place the signaturr box on the document.

The E-Mailing tab contains a default e-mail subject and body that is used if no configuration is found for the report and language in the Report Email Setup.

Opens the ApproveIT User Setup to link Business Central users with DocuSign accounts.

Creates a Job Queue Entry for ApproveIT 365. Only allowed if no Job Queue Entry record exists for codeunit 11183213 (IDYA Scheduled Sync Mgt.).
