Tracking information
Depending on the sales flow and the ShipIT 365 setup the tracking information is applicable on the header and lines according to underneath scheme.
The options on the creation of the transport depends on the setting in Base transport order on:
Open documents
Basically this setting allow you to create a transportorder from the sales order or the warehouse shipment when not posted.
Because of the open documents structure we are able to store the track and trace information easier then when creating the transportorder based on posted documents

Posted documents
When setting the ShipIT 365 setting to posted documents you will not be able to create a transportorder directly from the sales order or the warehouse shipment. You only can use posted documents to create the transportorder.
Because of the posted documents structure we are not always able to store the track and trace information from the transportorder
