If you want automation for the creation of the transport order automatically create Transport Orders you can set the this option in on the ShipIT Setup Card.
Make sure to set Base Transport Order On is set to Posted Documents.
Next, for each document type, set the After Posting... to Auto-Create Transport Order(s) for each relevant source document. Now, when posting a source document, a Transport Order will be created automatically.
