In the TickIT365 Setup we only have a few settings to configure.

Enable Itinerary Module: If you set this boolean to Yes you will be able to create venues but also have the functionality to create advanced routing schedules for tours. Off course this is depending on your subscription or purchased license

Default Base Calendars: you can work with the standard calendars available in BC to setup you opening and closing days of your different venues.

Update Slots on release : When you have a Venue ready for release the slots will be created/updated when the actual release will be triggered.

Allow Overbooking: When you sell tickets with flexible capacity you can allow the booking of tickets to be overbooked. Default for all products. You can overrule this setting on the Venue or Itinerary

Def. Ticket Wizard Template: You can set a default template of the ticketing booking process for all products. Individual templates can be set on the item

License key and status if you have a valid license key received from Idyn.

Fields:

Description of use

Trip Nos.

Defines the no. series of the created trip

Stop Nos.

Defines the Stop No. sequence of a trip

Slot Nos.

Defines a Slot No. of a trip

Ride Nos.

Defines the Ride number

Itinerary Nos.

Defines the Itinerary number

Venue Nos.

Defines the Venue Number

Shift Nos.

Defines the Shift Number

Resource pool Nos.

Defines the pool number of the shift resources

Ticket Order Nos..

Defines the order number of the booked ticket
