With the additional PrintIT 365 it’s now possible to automate your label printing. You do not need a license key for the use of PrintIT 365 together with ShipIT 365

Just install the PrintIT 365 application and create a account/subscription with Printnode

PrintNode - Login

After you created the account you can set the API key in the printnode application

Also download the needed software in the download area of Printnode. After installing the software you can login on your workstation to get your local printers connected.

After installation you will find all Business Central settings for the API key and futhermore in the ShipIT Provider and the specific Sendcloud Setup

Within the Printnode installation you can create your API key. This API Key is set in the Sendcloud setup. After you enter a valid key you can enable the Printing.

"Enable PrintIT Printing" is used to enable PrintIT within the ShipIT for the specific provider. if true, ShipIT actions (Print / Book and Print / Print on the package) become visible. The only thing to keep in mind functionality-wise, is that we need to get the label from the booking response (it is stored in Package Documents (factbox)) in order to forward the file to PrintNode.

Go to the related printers and get the installed printers which are published via the Printnode application.

Use the get printers to retrieve the printer information or create a Test Print

After the retrieval you must set the user printers and if completed you can start printing your labels.

This page is used to link users with a specific printer. Entries are used to determine which printer should be used during printing. Firstly, it will try to find the printer by user and file extension filter. If not found, then it will take the default printer.
