Did you already perform the following:
Do you have an active ponto login /account
Is your integration and bank account configured in the ponto portal
Check if you have the Client ID and the Secret ID of the Ponto integration
Do you have a valid bc/idyn license and all required apps installed

Did you already perform the following:
Do you have a signed contract and account information available at Cobase?
Are the Cobase credentials for the environment available?
Check if the Cobase environment is ready with latest statement lines received from your bank(s)
Do you have a valid bc/Idyn license and all required apps installed
\uD83C\uDF31 Steps to perform
Select the Direct banking manager role in my account settings
Start the direct banking wizard
Enter your ‘valid’ license and click next
Create a jobqueue record. (Skip if you do not have the permissions)
Click next and enter the required credentials from Ponto or Cobase
If your connection becomes active click finish. You now have an active connection
