The base for creation of the Transport Order for the Purchase Return Order is always Unposted documents.

Create a Purchase Return Order and when released the required Transport Order can be created straight from the Purchase Return Order.

When the Transport Order is Booked and Printed the label can be placed on the shipment.

Shipping the goods is standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
