Portal scope setting

The ClientID which is generated on the nShift Ship portal must contain the nShift Ship Portal API in the scope.

This must be set by nShift Ship Delivery team.

When not set correctly ShipIT 365 response messages will not be recognized by ShipIT 365 and will created invalid message errors.

Goods Types

ShipIT 365 needs Package Types defined to send in the Transport Order to nShift Ship and linked carriers.

Some carriers, like for example Royal Mail, don’t need Goods Types, and therefore they are not created in nShift Ship.

For using ShipIT 365 with nShift Ship the Goods Types always must be added to the setup in nShift Ship. These must be set by the nShift Ship Delivery team.

Shipping Rules are not supported

ShipIT 365 does not support nShift Ship Shiipng Rules
