Multi-user payment

If a (Dino) extension is installed and there are multiple users which need access to the page/table information the Dino application pops-up a payment request.
In this request the users who need permission to access can be selected. The payment will calculate the outstanding amount/payment amount based on the selected users.
After redirection to PayPal and successful payment all selected users will have access to the required field.
