The connector requires this specific setup in “idyn ShipIT 365”:
“Base Transport Order On”: Unposted documents
“After posting …”: Do nothing (4 fields)
“Always new Trns. Order”: Enabled
“Automatically Add One Default Package”: Disabled
...
Book and print = After Transport Order is created, call ShipIT 365 function “Book and print”
Book = After Transport Order is created, call ShipIT 365 function only “Book”
None = After Transport Order is created, do not call any additional ShipIT 365 functions.
Continue after TO Fails:
With this option the warehouse shipment is posted even when the transport order could not be booked. The result is that their won’t be a label on the printer, but at least the warehouse employee could proceed and process the next pick or post the next warehouse shipment. The transport order can be corrected and booked afterwards. There is a downside of using this option, because the master data is not corrected and potentially the wrong delivery address or other data errors are forwarded to the posted documents.
Functional changes
When synchronized Package Types are set up in “Mobile Package Setup” (see above) they become available to be selected from the ‘Packing’ page at the mobile device:
Other existing Package Types are still available and can be used as before (including package types created for internal logistics or synchronized from other 3rd party connector apps). Only Package Types from the same Shipping Agent can be used for the same shipment.
