If you are using Dynamics 365 Business Central and need support with our apps, your first point of contact is your Business Central partner. They are the first line of support and will handle troubleshooting or escalate the issue to Microsoft or idyn if necessary.
If you do not have a Business Central Partner and we invoice the subscription costs of our apps directly to you , you can submit a support ticket in our JIRA system. Please specify the reproduction steps in detail via the support option below.
Our support services will be billed based on Time & Material basis.
Exception applies when our software does not function correctly. In that case, we will identify it as a “bug” in the support ticket, and no costs will be charged.
If a registered support ticket falls outside our standard support scope or the agreed SLA for idyn software, these costs will also be billed. This means that if you submit a ticket for an issue that is not directly related to or caused by the idyn software, and it requires more than basic assistance, we will do our best to help you. However, any additional time required to resolve the issue will also be billed.
